We’ve all experienced “those days.” They start with a parking ticket, or an impromptu meeting with your boss and only go downhill from there. By the end of the day, you’re tired, tense, irritable and more than ready to call it a day. You want to make a quick trip by the store first because you’re starving, traffic is outrageous and you still have an hour-long commute before you’re home for dinner. Once inside the store, you’re in a quandary. What to eat? The bag of chips calling your name by the cashier, or an apple, which would be healthy, but, sounds, well, bleh?
